By accessing our website at nelybeautysalon.com, visiting our salon, or using any of our services — including our SMS loyalty rewards program — you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Nely Beauty Salon provides professional beauty services including but not limited to nail services, hair styling, aesthetics, eyelash extensions, and waxing at our location in Orlando, FL. All services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

3. Appointments and Cancellations

Appointments can be booked online through our booking platform or by calling (321) 462-0185. Walk-ins are welcome subject to availability. We appreciate advance notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

4. SMS Loyalty Rewards Program

Program Description: Nely Beauty Salon offers a digital loyalty card program. After your first visit, you may receive a one-time SMS message containing a link to add your digital loyalty card to your phone's wallet. The loyalty card tracks your visits and rewards progress for nail, hair, and aesthetics services.

Opt-In: Participation in the SMS program is entirely voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing any service. You opt in by providing your phone number to our staff and verbally agreeing to receive a text message with your loyalty card link.

Message Frequency: You will receive a single, one-time transactional SMS message with your loyalty card link. Additional messages may be sent only to notify you of loyalty reward updates. No recurring promotional or marketing messages are sent.

Opt-Out: You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any SMS message. After opting out, you will receive a confirmation message and no further texts will be sent. To rejoin, you may opt in again at the salon.

Costs: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan. Nely Beauty Salon is not responsible for any charges from your carrier.

5. Loyalty Rewards

Loyalty rewards are earned based on qualifying visits and services. Rewards have no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold, or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated. Nely Beauty Salon reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the loyalty program at any time with reasonable notice.

6. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our services, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property
